Some people that were raised in religious households grow up to have a religious blasphemy fetish and like the idea of doing sexual things with priests or nuns. Perhaps some of them were molested by them as kids and it’s now twisted around into a fetish for them. Others have rebelled against religion entirely and religious blasphemy has become like them saying fuck it to religion in general.
Some like to fantasize about the nuns and priests together, with nuns with nuns and priests with priests, or priests and nuns together.
