How many of us had people we were afraid of growing up catching us being naughty? Today is a whole other world with the internet, most kids and teens today have grown up connected to the world wide web and can’t imagine having info only a click away. Well some I chat with in countries like India, they have government internet restrictions and porn and many adult websites are locked out to them. It seems absurd a government is acting as a nanny to its grown citizens, yet many countries are doing this.
The freedoms we know are incredible. Just think a generation ago a Playboy or I can even recall doing something like they have in a scene from American Pie, trying to watch the scrambled porn on the pay TV station, I recall doing just that as a teen! The audio was perfect, you could hear everything, and get the glimpses of naughtiness from the groovy lines and whatnot that were all over the screen concealing it. Imagine I was 25 before I saw my first porn movie, and now anyone with a normal, unrestricted internet connection can see stuff in a click.
I’ve always been surprised when guys I’ve chatted with in the military tell me porn sites are blocked on the bases as well, which seems absurd, these are grown men risking their lives to fight for their country and we have to restrict their porn?
