Would you consider it a perversion to only be sexually attracted to dwarves, little people, midgets? Some have said men that go after women with visible physical “disabilities” like being a dwarf, morbidly obese etc. because they want to get with a woman with insecurities, a woman that will not be as likely to leave them, since it’s not easy for the woman with disabilities to get a partner, so they will be grateful for the one they have.
Others have said it’s just a “preference”, no more important if they prefered a blonde over a redhead. It’s a complex issue. You’re more likely to see a normal sized man with a dwarf woman than a normal sized woman with a dwarf man. This may be because more men are having fetishes to begin with than women.
Personally, I would never consider such a pairing. I’d feel I was crawling into bed with a child, but then there are people into that, so perhaps it’s a way to think that they actually are…..Ewww.

I would think others would look down on me and think, “Why can’t she get someone normal?” I know they can’t help being as they are, but I just think it seems more normal for little people to pair up with other little people. I have a pretty narrow parameter of what I find attractive, and I’m afraid a midget is not among them. I guess if that’s your thing though, have fun with that.
